Leisure Lakes - Mere Brow, Tarleton

Set back in the pretty village of Mere Brow, The Caravan Park is sheltered in a quiet setting, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs and offers 125 pitches most of which are serviced pitches. Modern amenities include a nearby toilet/shower and laundry block and facilities for the disabled.Our resident warden is on hand to ensure that you enjoy a happy and secure stay.

Rent-A-Tow

The buy a tow on a Wednesday evening worked very well last year being booked up a week or two in advance during the summer holidays, so we will be running it again this year behind the Mastercraft every Wednesday from 3pm which will mean that the lake will be closed on a Wednesday from 3pm to all Jet Ski’s as last year. 

Launch Fees, Annual Membership and Storage Fees

These are the current 2011/2012 Leisure Lakes Jetski fee's. Terms and conditions apply for using the lakes.  From 1st April 2010 we will require the owner / insurer of each craft using the lake to have successfully completed the RYA PWC course.

Leisure Lakes Jetski Centre - Lake Rules

We will always encounter a few small problems with a selection of people, but we can not always catch people doing wrong.  This is your lake to enjoy and in this we ask for your help.  If you see anybody being unsafe or not abiding by the lake rules then we ask you to please assist us by coming into the shop and reporting these incidents.  We would like to lead the way forward in leisure and in my view there is nothing better than knowing that you can go out for a day with the family and  be in a completely safe and enjoyable environment.

The RYA Personal Watercraft course is designed for first time and experienced riders alike. Increasingly the certificate is required for launching in UK harbours and lakes, but is also needed if you want to use your PWC abroad.

Most courses take place over one day and can be taken either on a centre's craft or your own and, once passed, you are issued with a certificate of proficiency.

Jetski Lake Facilities

Avos Watersports Den operates from Leisure Lakes Jet Ski Centre in conjunction with P.J.Wignall Jetski Repairs.  We have a 25 acre lake, open 7 days a week, 52 weeks, from 10am till dusk.
